Future Capital Development Through Youth Work

In the framework of this Job Shadowing project supprted by EU programme YOUTH IN ACTION  the representative of  “International Center for Intercultural Research, Learning and Dialogue” (ICIRLD) from Armenia Rubik Mnatsakanyan visited Association Positive Mind in Tukums, Latvia to learn about association local and international work with society members and youth, share with work and cultural experience for building future cooperation.

The main working methods were  presentations, discussions, participation in daily work, visiting and meeting involved partners and volunteers, introduction with local culture and traditions participating in Tukums Region celebration and Midsummer festival.

Job Shadowing project was realized in 12 activities days in June/ July 2010.
